The Hard Rock Residences project in Las Vegas was the single largest condominium launch in the US history with over 1,400 units pre-selling in less than three months for a gross sales price in excess of $1.0 billion dollars. The project was also the largest direct-to-market CMBO financing in US history. The project was sold prior to construction and the new owner reverted to a straight hotel expansion at a cost of $1.4 billion.
